Located in a breathtaking mountain town, the hotel's common areas are cozy, clean and well-kept. Some rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the city and the surrounding nature. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and heated 24/7, making for a warm and comfortable stay. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options, and the hotel offers excellent value for money.
The hotel could benefit from some improvements in terms of facilities, such as adding a swimming pool and spa.

I had a great stay with amazing views overlooking the valley. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were hospitable and welcoming. Additionally, the parking provided by the hotel was suitable for guests. The hotel's location in this city allowed me to have easy access to the mountains, shops, and Miziara's traditional village.
Can't fault anything about it.

What a charming find in the mountains! The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. The balcony view was worth every penny, from the mountains to the sea. The staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help. I appreciated the location, surrounded by beautiful winding roads and family homes.
The room could have used more lighting, especially in the bathroom. The road to get to the hotel was a bit tricky to navigate but to be expected in the mountains.

Spent Easter in a lovely hotel in the heart of a charming town with breathtaking views of the valley below. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, and the staff’s hospitality was second to none. The suite we stayed in was fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The owner of the hotel personally took us on a tour of the town, showing us the town's unique architecture, and the beautiful, historic churches. We also enjoyed the local cuisine and had a fantastic time at the hotel.
Although there were many positives, we were disappointed that the hotel did not have a restaurant on site. We had to order food through the front desk, which was a bit of a hassle.
